When will my item be shipped?

2-3 business days.  Tracking numbers, if ordered, will be sent at the same time.  Digital items will be sent by email only.

When will I receive my download link?

Download links will be available within 24-48 hours after payment has been cleared.

Paypal allows you to check out with a variety of options.  You do not need a Paypal account to complete your purchase.  Please check out as a "Guest" if you do not have a PayPal account.
